Made out of 95% viscous bamboo and 5% spandex. Suggested care instructions:

-wash on cold/gentle cycle, inside out 

-lay flat to dry for optimal longevity, or dry low

-wash with like colored clothes 

 Viscous bamboo is lightweight, breathable, and adjust to all body temperatures.
